FREE WITHDRAWAL IN THE STORES

During your purchase on the website, at the “delivery” step, select one of our 3 stores:

• Paris 10
• Bordeaux
• Lille

Come and pick up your order in the store of your choice.

DELIVERIES
You will find below the shipping price list, by DHL, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, and by courier in Paris.

And below, the conditions of application.

Returns are free in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and are provided by Mondial Relay. In case of a return, please contact us so that we can send you a label to put on the package.

For orders with withdrawal from a Lili Cabas store, the returns are made by returning the products in the same store.

 

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS FOR YOUR ORDER
Shipping costs are fixed regardless of the number of items ordered.

Packages are shipped between 24 and 48 hours after the reception of your payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

1/ DHL, the shipping method is DHL EXPRESS WORLDWILDE. Whatever the shipping method chosen, if you wish, we can provide you the tracking number of the package. Do not hesitate to contact us.

2/ COLISSIMO, the standard shipping method is “Colissimo suivi with signature” Regardless the shipping method chosen, if you wish, we can provide you the tracking number of the package. Do not hesitate to contact us.

3/ MONDIAL RELAY, count between 4 and 7 days from dispatch.

4/ LE COURSIER is only available in PARIS (75), for addresses with a postal code starting with 75. The courier provides a delivery time slot.

Please communicate all useful informations (building code, a telephone number of a contactable person, name of the caretaker if necessary).

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. An order can contain several products.

Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.

In an ecological matter, we try as much as possible to reuse packaging boxes. Moreover, even if returns are free, we remind you that they have a cost for the planet. Thank you for your understanding.
